1. Definitions
- “Company”: Indoindians Jobs, operated by Indoindians.com.
- “User”: Any individual or entity using the Site for job searching, resume posting, or recruitment.
- “Third Party”: Employers, recruiters, or advertisers using the Site.
2. User Responsibilities
a) Job Seekers
- Resumes/CVs submitted may be shared with Third Parties for recruitment purposes, subject to our approval process.
- You warrant that all information provided is accurate and does not:
- Contain false, misleading, discriminatory (e.g., SARA*), or harassing content.
- Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights.
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences arising from it.
b) Employers/Recruiters
- All job postings must:
- Represent legitimate recruitment opportunities (commission-only roles or investment solicitations are not permitted).
- Exclude requests for sensitive personal data (e.g., bank details, KTP numbers).
- Provide valid business documentation (e.g., SIUP, NPWP) during registration.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting misleading, illegal, or discriminatory content.
- Using bots, scraping data, or disrupting the Site.
- Charging candidates any fees for recruitment processes.
- Impersonating others or misusing Indoindians Jobs’ intellectual property.
4. Approval & Company Rights
- Approval Process:
- All company registrations, job postings, and resume submissions will undergo a review and approval process before being published on the Site.
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
- Account Suspension:
- Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice or refund.
- Amendments:
- Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such updates.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantees: Indoindians Jobs does not guarantee job placement, resume visibility, or uninterrupted Site access.
- Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the content, actions, or omissions of Third Parties.
- Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.
- Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Jakarta.
- Violations may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
