- “User”: Any individual or entity using the Site for job applications or recruitment.
- “Third Party”: Employers, recruiters, or advertisers using the Site.
2. User Responsibilities
Job Seekers
- Your resume/CV may be shared with Third Parties for recruitment purposes.
- You warrant that all information provided is accurate and does not:
- Contain false, discriminatory (e.g., SARA*), or harassing content.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- You are solely liable for content you submit.
Employers/Recruiters
- Job postings must:
- Be legitimate recruitment opportunities (no commission-only roles or business investments).
- Exclude sensitive personal data requests (e.g., bank details).
- Provide valid business licenses (SIUP, NPWP, etc.) upon registration.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post misleading, illegal, or discriminatory content.
- Scrape data, use bots, or disrupt the Site.
- Charge candidates’ fees for recruitment processes.
- Impersonate others or misuse Company intellectual property.
4. Company Rights
- Content Moderation: We may edit, remove, or reject content violating these Terms.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to block accounts for violations without refunds.
- Amendments: Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. Disclaimers & Liabilities
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee job placements, resume visibility, or Site uptime.
- Third-Party Content: We are not liable for ads, job posts, or actions by Third Parties.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is capped at fees paid, if any, in the last 12 months.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
- Governed by Indonesian law. Disputes resolved in Jakarta District Court.
- Violations may result in civil/criminal penalties.
