Once you have activated your account, when you first log in, please fill in the basic information required. Next, you can write your resume by filling in the available columns. Writing your resume completely is very important to increase your chances of a career. Make sure your resume is complete and always updated.

When you create your resume, all Companies will be able to see your resume by default. However, only prospective companies will be able to see your contact information.

To apply for career opportunities through job.indoindians.com, you will need two things:
1. A candidate account
2. A completed resume saved to your account
Simply search for the type of job you want and on each posting on job.indoindians.com, click the ‘apply’ button to apply. Once you have completed the steps, your resume will be sent to the Employer. You will notice on the career description, the ‘apply’ button will change to ‘applied’.

Each Company has its own method for evaluating resumes. Some Companies may send an automated email response or call you to respond to your application. However, there are Companies that will not contact you unless they want to start the interview process.
